The Fine Cables Sweater is a slightly oversized sweater knitted in an interesting and elegant cable pattern. It has a slightly raised collar, dropped shoulders and fitted sleeves. 
 
The sweater is knitted top-down. First, the neckline is formed using short rows. Then stitches are increased along the shoulder lines for the body. When the required shoulder length is reached, stitches are increased for the sleeves until the armhole length is reached. The body is then knitted in rounds to the desired length. 
Finally the sleeves are knitted in rounds.

The sweater is designed to have approx. 13-18 cm of positive ease, so the finished sweater will be approx. 13-18 cm  wider then your actual bust circumference.

1 strand of Sandnes Garn Alpakka Silke (200m/50g) or any other yarn with similar yardage
300/350/350/350/350/400/400/400/400 gr
 
1 strand Fin Mohair Silke von Järbo Garn (210m/25gr) or any other yarn with similar yardage
150/175/175/175/200/200/200/225/225/ gr
 
The sweater is knitted with two strands held together (one strand of each).
 
Needle Size
3.5 mm circular needles + DPNs
 
Gauge
27 sts x 35 r = 10 cm in cable pattern on 3.5 mm needles with two strands of yarn held together
